WHAT WE DO
Here at Cornish Luggage Transfers, we know that travelling by foot is a great way to see the county, so we want to help you enjoy it as much as possible. We collect your luggage from any campsite, hotel or guest house in our area and transport it to your accommodation for the following night.
Our service is perfect for those walking the South West Coast Path, St Michael’s Way and The Saints’ Way walking routes. We can also transport baggage for cyclists and other walking routes.

INFORMATION
Pick Up Time:
We will pick up your luggage after 9:30am and it will be delivered to your next destination before 4:30pm the same day.
Tracking Service:
If you arrive early at your destination and your bag has not been delivered, you can track your luggage by calling +44 (0)7970 472398 and we will be able to give you a precise delivery time.
Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque payable to Cornish Luggage Transfers Limited or BACS, for which we will send you details on confirmation of your booking.
Last minute bookings can be paid with cash on the day and left at reception.
Extra charges
We operate between Padstow, Fowey and Land’s End in a clockwise direction. Those walking the designated area in an anti-clockwise direction will incur an extra cost. Those cycling around Cornwall and covering a greater distance than walkers will also incur an extra cost. Quotes will be given individually upon submitting the luggage transfer form.
Contact
You can contact us seven days a week from 9am – 8pm and we are happy to accept bookings up until 8pm the night before your luggage transfer.
AREAS WE OPERATE
We will be able to pick up and deliver to any campsite, hotel or guest house within this proximity.

PRICES
The cost of Luggage Transfers is £25 based on the transfer of up to 2 Bags and £5 per bag for additional bags added that are going to the same accommodation in the same location.
Our prices are based on the distance that we feel people can walk in a day.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do I leave my bags?
Upon confirmation of your luggage transfers we will send you our baggage labels via email. You can then attach them to your bags and leave at the reception of your overnight stop where we will pick them up.
Can I book multiple drops?
We are happy to transport your luggage for your entire walking holiday in the area that we cover.
Do you transfer other items that are not luggage?
We realise that as you walk around Cornwall you may purchase items such as paintings and gifts. Providing they are of a suitable size, we would be happy to transport them.
Do you operate all year round?
We operate from March to the end of October each year.
We can make special arrangements for luggage transfers out of season, but this will incur an extra cost. If this is the case please contact us for a quote.
Do you do commercial regular bookings?
We deliver luggage for some of the major walking and cycling holiday companies in Cornwall and can discuss discounted rates for regular bookings.
How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by via of our website by filling out our contact form or you can call us on +44 (0)1637 880710 and we can take your booking over the phone.
Can I add bags en route?
We are happy to add bags on route for an extra £4 per bag.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking arrangements:
On confirmation of your booking we will require the full balance payable unless agreed otherwise with us. Upon payment we will send you confirmation of your luggage transfer by email.
We reserve the right not to accept a luggage transfer.
All luggage transfers are subject to availability.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking at any time by sending us notice to us at our offices to that effect. There will be a cost in cancelling your luggage transfer.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than seven days prior to your luggage transfer date.
Cancellations made before seven days will incur a £10 administration fee.
Prices:
The cost of your luggage transfer will be as set out on our website or at a cost agreed with us at the time of your booking.
Delivery & pick up time of luggage:
We will aim to pick up your luggage at some time from 9:30am and deliver its destination before 4:30pm.
If for some reason, due to an accident on the roads for example, or for any other reasons meaning we will not be there before 4:30pm, we will call you or your accommodation provider to let them know.
Insurance:
In the unlikely event that any of your bags or luggage gets damaged or lost in the care of Cornish Luggage Transfers, we would cover the cost of up to £300 providing there is proof that it was damaged or lost whilst in our care.
